ABOUT US

YOUR SCHOOL FOOD PARTNER WITH PURPOSE

We care deeply about children — what they eat, how they grow, and how they
thrive. Educatering is a trusted school food partner, delivering fresh, nutritious
meals through a Managed In-House model that gives schools the best of both
worlds.
Our mission is simple: to help children build lifelong relationships with good food -
supporting their health, happiness, and learning. We work with schools, not just for
them. That means listening to pupils, staff, and parents; designing termly, bespoke
menus; and sourcing high-quality ingredients from trusted local producers.
With Educatering, you keep control of your kitchen — while we bring the training,
compliance, and sourcing expertise that makes it all run smoothly.

CATERING THAT ADAPTS FOR YOUR SCHOOL

Whether you're nurturing healthy habits in early years, supporting teenagers through exam season, or meeting complex dietary needs, we flex to fit your school’s context — not the other way around. Our model adapts across all education phases, from nursery to sixth form and from mainstream to specialist settings. Your kitchen, your pupils, your ethos — we build around them. The result is mealtimes that feel familiar, inclusive, and worth showing up for. With our Managed In-House model, you stay in control, backed by full flexibility, dedicated support, and an account manager who’s with you every step of the way.

NUTRITIOUS. DELICIOUS. MADE FRESH EVERY DAY

Our meals are made in your school kitchen using fresh ingredients that reflect the seasons and meet national nutritional guidelines. Each recipe is designed to be child-friendly and inclusive, ensuring every pupil has something to look forward to at lunchtime. Our food is full of flavour, colour, and choice, and most importantly, it’s food children enjoy.

TAILORED MENUS. TRUSTED SOURCING. HAPPIER LUNCHTIMES

LOCALLY SOURCED, FRESHLY MADE

We prioritise local and seasonal ingredients to ensure peak freshness, reduce food miles, and minimise allergens — all while supporting regional producers.

RESTAURANT-QUALITY INGREDIENTS

From British meats to fresh bakery items, we source the same high-quality ingredients you’d find in fine dining - tailored to nourish and delight every child.

MENUS CREATED WITH YOUR COMMUNITY

We don’t send menus from a corporate HQ — we co-create them with your pupils, staff, and parents to reflect your school’s tastes, cultures, and values.

MENUS THAT FIT YOUR SCHOOL

We adapt to your kitchen team’s strengths, your community’s dietary needs, and your pupils’ preferences to help drive uptake and make mealtimes something to look forward to.

MENUS SHAPED BY

YOUR SCHOOL COMMUNITY

Every plate we serve starts with thoughtful sourcing, collaborative design, and a clear goal:
food that children love — and schools trust.

  • Locally Sourced, Freshly Made

We prioritise local and seasonal ingredients to ensure peak freshness, reduce food miles, and minimise allergens — all while supporting regional producers.

  • Menus Created with Your Community

We don’t send menus from a corporate HQ — we co-create them with your pupils, staff, and parents to reflect your school’s tastes, cultures, and values.

  • Restaurant-Quality Ingredients, School-Friendly Plates

From British meats to fresh bakery items, we source the same high-quality ingredients you’d find in fine dining — tailored to nourish and delight every child.

  • Exciting Food, Real Feedback

We shape menus through pupil tasting panels, themed days, and ongoing feedback loops. This keeps things fun, inclusive, and built around what children actually enjoy — not just what ticks a nutritional box.

  • Menus That Fit Your School

Menus should reflect the people they’re made for. We adapt to your kitchen team’s strengths, your community’s dietary needs, and your pupils’ preferences to help drive uptake and make mealtimes something to look forward to.

EMPOWERED TEAMS.

EXPERT SUPPORT

As part of our Managed In-House model, we support your kitchen team with hands-on coaching, mentoring, and expert guidance to deliver a consistently high standard of food and service. All kitchen staff benefit from ongoing training in compliance, cookery skills, allergens, and leadership. Whether we’re helping your team grow or providing skilled relief staff, we’re here to ensure confidence in your kitchen every single day.

TRANSPARENT, AFFORDABLE,

VALUE-DRIVEN

Great school meals don’t have to break the bank. Our model prioritises local, high-quality ingredients and reduces unnecessary costs, while helping you maximise meal uptake and funding opportunities. Our open-book model ensures you see exactly where your money is going, with no mark-ups and no surprises. We hold regular service reviews with schools to ensure cost efficiency.
